The seminar/workshop format is appropriate for groups of any size. From a one to two-hour long "mini-workshop" on the principles of the Joy Rx, to an all-day seminar or a weekend retreat, attendees are treated to a joy-filled, experiential, real-life encounter with the benefits of Ruth's approach to reducing stress and increasing the joy factor.
